The Whole-Person Approach

The Greatest Impact Comes From Supporting the Whole Person.

Physical, mental, emotional, and social wellbeing are deeply connected. When organizations support all four, they create the conditions for people to feel healthier, more resilient, more connected, and better equipped to thrive at work.

The greatest impact comes from looking beyond one-off wellness initiatives and creating a more complete ecosystem of support—one that recognizes what employees need as whole people.

How Impact Builds

Meaningful Moments Matter. Consistency Makes Them Add Up.

The Wheel of Wellbeing shows how physical, mental, emotional, and social wellbeing work together to support the whole person. But the greatest return is created when that support is not only broad, but consistent—building over time into a more connected, intentional wellbeing program.

A Meaningful Moment A Culture of Wellbeing

Individual Experience

Create a Meaningful Moment.

A single wellbeing experience keeps employee needs at the center by creating a focused moment of support around a specific need, initiative, or point in the employee experience. It can provide immediate value, introduce people to a new resource, and create a meaningful touchpoint. On its own, the impact is concentrated—but it can also serve as the first step toward a broader wellbeing strategy.

Bella's Story

In 2024, Stephanie, a participant in her company’s corporate wellness initiative, was alerted to a critical heart condition by Bella, a therapy dog. During a routine wellness session, Bella unusually fixated on Stephanie’s chest, signaling distress. This unexpected behavior spurred Stephanie to seek medical help, resulting in the timely diagnosis and treatment of her heart’s inadequate pumping. Bella’s instinctive response exemplifies the extraordinary health benefits that therapy dogs can bring to workplace wellness programs.
